We channel all our ad hoc CiviCRM issues through Ed. We find him to be very approachable, friendly and trustable, and appreciate his experience and expertise in this area. He assesses our issues and takes the time to investigate them thoroughly to resolve them – usually first time. If he can’t resolve them, he escalates them to a CiviCRM expert user, or developer as required. All the work is transparent and documented in clear language, so we know that we are using the right person and paying the best price for the work. This is very reassuring!
